The weeks are flying by! Thanks for joining Whispered Inspirations, Positively Pampered Patty and I again this week! If you are just coming across our Fit & Firm Fridays, feel free to jump in and join us for inspiration, support, recipes and more!
I have learned a lot and done my best to get on track with my eating and exercising. There have been a few bumps along the way though. I am on my second round of antibiotics for bronchitis as well as an ear infection so the last month has been difficult.
This week I didn't do very well with eating well. I was eating healthy foods but with feeling so crappy I didn't eat more than a few bites here and there.
I did get a couple of workouts in though so that is a bonus. It almost killed me but I did it! LOL!
I also decided to join Patty in the 21 Day Weight loss Challenge. Yesterday was my first workout and boy do I feel it! I can feel every muscle in my body today which is strangely exciting. I am looking forward to seeing more changes in my body over the next few weeks!

My numbers starting the challenge are:
Weight: 147.8 Lbs
Arm: 11 3/16 inches
Chest 35 1/2 inches
Waist: 32 4/16 inches
Abdomen: 37 inches
Hips: 43 7/16 inches
calf: 13 1/2 inches
My goal is to lose 3 inches on my waist, hips and abdomen as well be able to complete the fitness test without using my knees in the next 21 days.
I have seen changes in my body the last few weeks already so I am hoping this will really jump start some bigger changes.
How was your week? Remember anything we do to improve our health is awesome! Have fun and enjoy the journey no matter what happens each week! Keep up the great work!

ReplyDeleteThanks Nancy! It's been rough but it will pay off in the long run. :-) I have been trying to eat properly and I am slowly getting back on top of things. ;-)
